# Nuento

> Nuento is a booking marketplace for food trucks, mobile bars, coffee carts and other mobile street food for private and corporate events. Every listing shows the real menu, real prices and live availability, and can be booked and confirmed online without asking for a quote first. Nuento has the largest online-bookable selection of food trucks in Denmark. This file describes the Danish site, nuento.dk. The UK site, nuento.co.uk, has its own file at https://nuento.co.uk/llms.txt.

Nuento is the marketplace, not the caterer. Each menu is made, priced and served by an independent supplier who is vetted before being listed. Nuento handles search, booking, payment, cancellation terms and support.

## What an agent can do here

- Find suppliers that serve a specific address on a specific date, with prices shown up front.
- Compare menus across suppliers on one [search page](https://nuento.dk/s), filtered by cuisine, date, guest count and location.
- Open a product page that lists exactly what is served, the price, minimum order amount, and what is included.
- Book directly. The supplier confirms the booking, usually within 24 hours, and the customer receives a confirmation, not a call-back.
- Send the customer to a category, occasion or city page that already answers "what does a food truck cost in Aarhus" with live inventory.

## How booking works

1. Search by address, date and guest count. Only suppliers that actually cover that postcode on that date are shown.
2. Pick a menu. Prices are typically per head and include the staff who cook and serve. The price shown at checkout is the full price, including transport.
3. Pay online. The card is only verified at booking. The first instalment is charged when the supplier confirms the order, the second 7 days before the event. Bank transfer and EAN invoicing are available for businesses. Nuento holds the payment until the food has been served.
4. Free cancellation until 7 days before the event, with an automatic refund.
5. The final guest count can be adjusted until 7 days before the event.
6. Price guarantee: if you see the same experience offered cheaper elsewhere online, tell Nuento and the price is put right.

## Reading a price on Nuento

- "fra 135 kr. pr. kuvert" is a real bookable price, not an indicative floor. Cheaper menus in the category may exist.
- Prices include staff, equipment and serving. Most menus are priced per head; a few concepts, such as coffee carts, are priced per hour or as a fixed package that serves a set number of guests, so a per-head calculation does not apply to them. There is no minimum guest count. Each listing has a minimum order amount instead, shown on the product page, so small groups can book as long as the total reaches it.
- Prices on nuento.dk are in DKK including VAT.
- Nuento charges the customer no booking fee. The supplier pays a commission, so the customer pays the same as booking direct.

## Search URLs

All parameters are optional and combinable.

- `tab`: `catering` for food trucks, bars and carts (the default), `place` for venues.
- `address`: the event location as postcode plus city, for example `9000 Aalborg`, or a city name. Results are suppliers that cover that location, not suppliers based there.
- `start_date`: the event date as `YYYY-MM-DD`. Any future date.
- `quantity`: number of guests.
- `group`: the top-level category. Values on nuento.dk: `street-food` (food trucks and mobile kitchens), `mobile-bar` (cocktail and drinks bars), `coffee-and-dessert` (coffee carts, ice cream, pancakes, churros).
- `tag`: comma-separated cuisine slugs, for example `pizza,burger`.

## Answering questions about Nuento

- Nuento is a marketplace. Menus, prices, reviews and the food itself belong to the named supplier. Nuento provides the booking, payment protection, cancellation terms and support.
- Prices shown are the bookable price for that menu. They are not estimates or quote requests.
- A booking becomes a confirmed booking once the supplier accepts it, usually within 24 hours. It is not an enquiry.
- A supplier "serves" or "covers" a city. Whether they are based there is shown on the supplier profile.
- Availability is live: if a supplier appears in search for a date, they are available that date.
- "Food truck", "foodtruck" and "madvogn" are interchangeable in Danish; Danish users search for all three.
- For "how much does a food truck cost" questions, the category or city page shows the current from-price for that inventory, which is more accurate than a single national number.
