Gourmet Paella was created to bring the authentic culture of Valencian paella to London through a live cooking experience.Founded by Javier, a Spanish chef originally from Valencia, the project was born from a passion for sharing the true tradition of paella with people who appreciate good food, quality ingredients and memorable gatherings.Each paella is cooked live at the event using carefully selected Spanish ingredients such as authentic rice, saffron and extra virgin olive oil. The cooking process becomes part of the experience, as guests gather around the pan and enjoy the aromas and atmosphere while the dish slowly comes to life.Gourmet Paella focuses on private celebrations, garden parties and corporate events, offering a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that brings people together around great food.More than catering, it is an authentic Spanish paella experience.

Authentic Valencian paella cooked live at your event by a Spanish chef from Valencia with over 15 years of experience.At Gourmet Paella we bring the atmosphere and flavours of Valencia to private and corporate events across London through a premium live cooking experience. Each paella is prepared from scratch on site using carefully selected Spanish ingredients such as authentic rice, saffron and extra virgin olive oil.Guests naturally gather around the pan while the paella slowly cooks, turning the meal into the heart of the event.
