We are cooking traditional Turkish flatbread. We prepare and cook flatbreads with vegan, vegetarian options, stuffed with mushrooms, potatoes, spinach with feta/mozzarella cheese and we also provide beef and chicken with cheese or mix for meat lover. Also, we offer hummus, tzatziki and chili sauces and two of these dips come complimentary with any flatbread offer.
The flatbread called gozleme is freshly crafted in front of the customer on order and cooked on a traditional dome-shaped griddle called saj.
The dough (freshly prepared on site) is stuffed, folded into a square sealed and cooked on the griddle. The gozleme is served hot with additional dips and can be completed with Turkish tea (cay).
All the process is happening in front of the customer and thus is quite interactive and a whole experience for the customers.
