The story behind Pabellón began when Karla and Helios, a young Venezuelan couple, decided to share their traditions and flavours with the world.

Pabellón is where tradition and passion are combined with loads of care to deliver delicious menu options. Our varied menu of Venezuelan food with gluten free options, seek to preserve generations of family recipes, processes and flavours.

Food Trucks & Trailers
Our trucks and trailers are fully self-sufficient and equipped to operate using gas only, providing maximum flexibility for your event location.

Gazebos
To provide our full menu, a 32-amp power supply is preferred.

Can you work with a 16-amp supply?
Yes, we can. However, please be aware that a 16-amp limit restricts our equipment usage. Specifically, we are unable to use deep fryers on this power setting. In these instances, fries will be replaced with tortilla chips as your side dish.

Please Note: If your venue only provides a 16-amp connection, please let us know in the comments section when booking so we can adjust our menu accordingly.
